Roberta Jo Hawk, MD
Dr. Roberta Jo Hawk, a
board certified dermatologist, has been in practice at Yellowstone Dermatology
since 1996. She has a special interest in phototherapy for psoriasis and eczema.
Her cosmetic practice includes botulinum toxin (Botox) for frown lines and
crow’s feet, fillers (collagen, Cosmoderm, hyaluronic acid, Juvederm, Perlane,
Restylane, Radiesse), for facial contouring, and lasers for rosacea, spider
veins, sun spots and hair removal. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of
Dermatology and of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, a member of the
Montana Academy of Dermatology, a member of the Cosmetic Dermatologic Society,
and a member of the American Medical Association. Dr. Hawk is licensed to
practice medicine in Louisiana and Montana.
Cheryl Cook, MD
Dr. Cheryl Cook received
her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Western Carolina University, her
Master's of Science degree in nursing from the University of Colorado and
completed her medical degree and internal medicine residency at the University
of Colorado. She is Board Certified with the American Board of Internal
Medicine, is a member of The American College of Physicians and participates on
several St. Vincent Healthcare committees. Dr. Cook's main focus is on
Dermatology. She has on-going and extensive study of Dermatology and now
practices with Yellowstone Dermatology. Dr. Cook is the program director for
Walk-n-Talk with the Doc that meets every Tuesday night at 5:30 in the Fortin
Lobby at St. Vincent Hospital.
Max Murray, FNP
Mr. Max Murray, FNP, has
been with Yellowstone Dermatology for seven years. A native of Montana, Max has
had a long career in medicine, with a broad experience base. He received his
degree as a Registered Nurse from MSU Bozeman in 1992 and attended Gonzaga
University in Spokane where he received his masters as a Nurse practitioner in
1995. Max has gained experience in a variety of medical specialties, focusing on
Family Practice, Emergency, Intensive care and for the past seven years,
Dermatology.
